This tunic dress features a lovely ribbon detail, with a fluffy, light feel and a fabric that drapes fancy a scarf.
It has a high-neck ribbon at the neckline, and the waist can be belted with a ribbon or left to flow freely, both of which are adorable.
The bright yellow accent color is fancy the sun shining down, and the chic navy blue adds a touch of elegance.
The flowers, in a deep brown and pink reminiscent of antique roses, create a surprisingly calm overall atmosphere despite the yellow.
The nostalgic color scheme is remarkably French.
