This is a yellow with blue zodiac ceramic ashtray or decorative hanging wall plate by Fred Roberts. It was made in the 1960's in Japan and features the goat with a fish tail from the zodiac sign Capricorn. Capricorn is the tenth astrological sign representing the birthdates from December 22 - January 19. Associated with a mythical Sea Goat is a earth sign and ruled by Saturn. Measures 8.75 inches in diameter. In splendid vintage condition with no chips, breaks, or cracks.
