Vintage 1940s Noritake CHRISTMAS BALL 2 Handled Serving Dish and 5 bread plates

This is a 9 in oval serving bowl, from the 1940s with 5 bread plates, pretty amazing that it has lasted this long in this condition. It is hand-painted as this pattern is known and has scrolls and flowers in elegant gilt Art Deco design. The handles are on either side and this is a beautiful example of an oval serving dish. It has the green Noritake with M and surrounding wreath hand painted and made in Japan hallmark on the back. *** 3 of the plates are pristine! 2 of them have small chips as shown in the photos*** Perfect for everyday use. supreme materials and excellent craftsmanship ensure long-lasting durability.
