in-demand ! Rain boots, size M

I bought these at Workman for my son.
The size is 24.5 cm, but I bought them when my son was around 24 cm, so it's an approximate size.

I've wiped off the visible dirt, but there may be assorted areas I couldn't clean completely.

There are no scratches, so I think they can still be worn ^ ^

As rain boots have a certain height, I'd appreciate it if you could refrain from significant price reductions.
